Technology is always benefit to modern society.Topic 300: Present your perspective on the issue below, "Technology is a necessary but not always a positive force in modern life." | Score & Analysis The technology of science has developed rapidly for several years. As our modern life changes owing to the development of technology, many conveniences and side-effect come to us. I concede technology provides us a lot of conveniences, but I agree with the speaker for several reasons. The virtues of development of technology is undeniable. The development of vehicle make it possible to move to other areas without spending much time. Suppose the world the cars and trains are not invented. Perhaps, without such vehicles, we could not see beautiful mountain far across the country. The virtues of technology applies to the development of commerce. The development of airplane system enables us to trade our goods with other country even far across from us. The big trade ship enables that we can easily transfer hundreds of goods to other country. Anyone agree that the development of technology gives us a lot of good things. Nevertheless, the development of technology always not give us good things. For example, the development of communication system sometimes occurs cyber crime such as hacking bank accounts, cracking security system of bank. Of course, no one disagree that those side-effect is smaller than many good things. However, we can't deny that those side-effect of the development of technology is to be corrected. In sum, I concede that the development of technology gives us a lot of benefits and conveniences.
